I’ve heard that daily meditation or affirmation will help rid me of my negative cycle of self-esteem. I really lack positivity in my life and I can’t say meditation interests me – I’m not that kind of person. Does anyone do this?
It took me a while to be positive when it came to coping with my scars. Every single morning, I look in the mirror and, out loud, I tell myself to “stay strong.” It’s a process but I guess it’s helpful.
